Cang Hai Yi Sheng Shao (滄海一聲笑) by Ms. Dai Wenhua (代文華)

Ms. Dai Wenhua (代文華) is a Chinese artist who was invited to display her artwork in Venice Biennale 2022. By using different sizes of brushes made by pure wool, and mixing traditional Chinese paint “Sanqing” and “Sanlv”(blue and green) with ink of different level shades, Ms. Dai randomly splash the color to show the free shapes of the waves. Taking the song Cang Hai Yi Sheng Shao (滄海一聲笑) as the name of the drawing, Ms.Dai hopes to remind Hong Kong people to stay positive when facing difficulties.
